Healing is a return to our natural state of wholeness, embodying freedom on all planes - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - by integrating all that we are and eliminating all that we are not.

It is an embodiment of the Essence of who we truly are: healthy, abundant, blissful and free.

When we are healed, we are in full remembrance of who we really are at the highest level and living in optimum physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health - balanced, peaceful, joyful, and blissful.

When you are healed, you are fully aware of your wholeness.

When you are whole, you live in the fullness of who you are.

You are open, expanded and ready to receive all that life offers to enhance and enrich your experience and journey.

Complete healing is returning to this highest alignment and wholeness state, personifying Who we really are.

Energy Healing

You are ultimately the healer. As a healer, I do not heal you; I simply hold space for your own healing.
During an energy healing session, I hold and transmit a high-vibrational healing frequency, allowing you to choose to connect with it and support your own healing.
I am simply the channel and space-holder for this frequency, creating an environment where you can connect with and benefit from it.
Every healing session is a co-creation, just as everything in life is.

About Rigpa Energetic Healing

Rigpa Energetic Healing is based on practices developed by Buddhist monks and rooted in the teachings of the Medicine Buddha.

This ancient energetic system was traditionally practised and passed down among Tibetan monks for thousands of years before being shared more widely with the world approximately 30 years ago.

The practice works with the Being's vibrations and Earth's energy, supporting an increase in vibrational frequency across the physical, mental, and energetic levels.

Each cell and organ in the body has its own frequency. When these frequencies are in harmony, they support a natural state of well-being.

When this harmony is disrupted, we may experience discomfort, pain, or illness.

Rigpa Energetic Healing aims to restore energetic frequencies to harmony and support the body's natural state of well-being.

It can also be used alongside other natural and complementary healing practices, enhancing their benefits.

Dharma Shamanic Healing

Dharma Shamanic Healing is a pure, natural, effortless, powerful, energetic healing system. It blends two traditional forms of energetic healing: Tibetan shamanic healing (over a thousand years old) and Australian Aboriginal shamanic healing (over 40,000 years old). This healing modality can help you release painful memories and limiting beliefs, allowing you to experience greater clarity, presence and optimism by reconnecting with Mother Earth's healing energy in combination with Universal energies.

Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho

A Japanese healing technique developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in 1922 to work with universal energy.

Usui Shiki Ryoho translates as “The Usui System of Natural Healing.”

Reiki is commonly associated with: Deep relaxation Stress reduction Greater mental clarity Emotional well-being Relief from tension and discomfort

Sessions

Sessions are available online or in person.

In-person sessions are only available when I happen to be in your area.

With the 3-Session Package, only your initial session can be scheduled when booking.

Your remaining sessions can be scheduled when you feel ready, based on your experience after the first session.

All sessions must be completed within 6 months of your first session date.

Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
